Refund policy

We want you to love your Bloom & Stone products. If something isn't right, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, contact us at furreset@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: if your product arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
